Power Poses Have No Effect on Hormones or Financial Risk Taking

A new study led by Dr. Eva Ranehill and co-authored by researchers from the University of Zurich, Stockholm School of Economics, and Dartmouth College, indicated that there is no evidence of hormonal changes previously associated with power poses by several studies (e.g. Carney, Cuddy, & Yap 2010). The study relied on a much larger sample size, thus providing more conclusive data.
