Behavioral Studies

Behavioral studies can be performed in our unique group laboratory, containing a set of interlinked computers on which 16 (or 2x8) participants can be simultaneously tested. We use this setup to study in detail interactive processes where the behavior of each participant depends on the others' responses. Each workplace in this laboratory contains facilities for recording of physiological measures (skin conductance, breathing, heart rate). Moreover, tDCS protocols can be applied to each participant in a flexible manner, depending on their behavior, using our portable NeuroConn 16-channel tDCS stimulator.

Moreover, visual psychophysics studies can be conducted in the TMS laboratory, where we have installed CRT monitors and an EyeLink 1000 high-resolution eyetracker.
